TRAVEL BETWEEN PHEASANT RUN AND CHICAGO'S
O'HARE (ORD) AIRPORT or MIDWAY (MDW) AIRPORT
ON JULY 7th (ARRIVAL) and/or JULY 12th (DEPARTURE)

Due to the airport size and traffic, we have made an effort to ensure that you have easy access to the ICRS Symposium from Chicago's airports.  The ICRS has arranged discounted shuttle transportation with the QuickVanns Company.

To Make Transport Reservations

Please be sure, when registering with QuickVanns online, to complete all fields in detail. You must complete two (2) registration forms online for a discounted round-trip – one form for your arrival and another for your departure.  It is important to include your email address, as your confirmation will be returned to you via email.  Be sure to put in the comments section that you are with the ICRS (Otherwise, you will incur the regular rate for airport transport). 

The special ICRS rate is $20 per person to/from O’Hare (~45 mins) and $25 per person to/from Midway (~65 mins).   There is an additional $4 gratuity and airport tax that will be added to the fare. This rate is good through June 19th, 2009 (thereafter, rates increase significantly).

Airport Arrival Instructions:

Greeters with “ICRS” signs will be awaiting your scheduled arrival at Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5 in the baggage claim area at O’Hare. You will have to sign in for transport to the Pheasant Run Resort.  If you can not find your name on the list, please print and sign your name on their registry.  The greeters will contact our dispatcher as guests arrive and will escort everyone to their vehicles upon arrival.  If you can not find a greeter, or you arrive at Midway airport, please call QuickVanns at (866) 618-2667 and they will work diligently to get you to your vehicle.  Please be advised that the shuttle and/or limo will have to come out of a staging area in order to make the pickup, so the vehicle will not be at the door when you first arrive to the pickup point.  Be assured that your vehicle will arrive shortly.
